Performance Review Practice Simulations provide a space for practicing giving performance reviews for specific roles to help those with performance review anxiety perform effective performance evaluations in a repeatable, non-judgemental immersive training environment with objective, measureable data and transcriptions for evaluation and practice.
Some of the audio features in this simulation which I designed and implemented include and are not limited to: environmental office ambiences, user interface (UI) audio feedback.
